However, the star recommendation is ‘Shui Siang Vietnamese Beef Noodles’, smooth kuey teow topped with firm homemade beef balls and sliced brisket, served with a handsome portion of fresh green Thai basil, mint, coriander and spring onion on top; and hot steaming fragrant beef stock ladled over.
